PRIVACY POLICY FOR A+ AUTOCARE LLC

The App is a local vehicle-care organizer and service-request tool. No account or login is required.

In the current version, information entered into vehicle, appointment, reminder, service-history, calculator, and roadside features is designed to remain on the user’s device. We do not operate an app backend that receives or stores these local records.

Depending on the features you use, you may enter information such as:

• Vehicle details: make, model, year, mileage, color, license plate, VIN, and notes
• Service-request details: selected services, preferred date and time, phone number, and requested-work description
• Maintenance reminders: appointment information, and service-history records
• Roadside-request details: address or location entered manually and a description of the issue
• Service cost calculator: values used in the service cost calculator

This information is used only to provide the feature you select and is stored locally on your device in the current version of the App. Please avoid entering highly sensitive or unnecessary information in free-text fields.

The current App does not intentionally collect or transmit the following information to A+ AutoCare or developer-controlled servers:

• Precise or continuous device location
• Contacts, call logs, or SMS messages
• Photos, videos, or audio files
• Payment-card or banking information
• Health information
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics profiles or cross-app tracking data

The App does not require an account and does not use advertising or analytics services in the current version.

Information entered in the App may be used locally on your device to:

• Display and organize vehicles and related notes
• Prepare service requests and appointment records
• Show maintenance reminders and service history
• Calculate a starting service-cost estimate
• Display roadside-request details entered by the user
• Restore locally saved information when the App is reopened

We do not use locally stored records for advertising, profiling, or selling personal information.

The current App stores user-created records locally on the Android device using Android SharedPreferences.

We do not maintain a developer-controlled cloud copy of vehicle records, service history, reminders, estimates, roadside requests, or other locally saved App records.

Access to local data depends partly on the security of your device and operating system. We recommend protecting your device with a secure screen lock and keeping your operating system updated. No storage or security method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

In the current version, we do not intentionally transmit local App records to A+ AutoCare servers or share them with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

Information may leave the device only when you intentionally take an external action, such as sending a support email through your chosen email application.

If you choose a support or contact-email option, the App opens an external email application.

You decide what information to include and whether to send the message. The App does not automatically send emails on your behalf.

Any email you send is processed by your email application and email provider according to their own privacy policies. A+ AutoCare may use information received by email to respond to your request, provide support, and maintain appropriate business records.

Locally saved information remains on your device until you:

• Delete the relevant record within the App, where that option is available
• Clear the App’s storage through Android settings
• Uninstall the App

Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may permanently remove local records.

Because the App does not require an account and we do not keep a server copy of local records, there is no separate online account-deletion process. We generally cannot recover locally deleted information.

The App is intended for a general adult audience of drivers and vehicle owners. It is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-controlled server. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, please contact us so that we can review the request.

The App may request only the permissions necessary for its available features and normal operation.

The current App does not request continuous location access, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or storage-file access.

If permissions or App behavior change in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

The App may open external applications or webpages when you choose an action, such as opening your email app.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy practices before providing them with personal information.

The App is presented as a United States auto-care brand. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide privacy rights.

Since current App records are stored locally and are not held in an A+ AutoCare account, you can generally control your information by editing or deleting records in the App, clearing App storage, or uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy when App features, technology, legal requirements, or data practices change.

The revised policy will display an updated “Last Updated” date and should be made available through the App and the public Privacy Policy URL listed in Google Play Console.
